JCS1C is an integrated single-faced mechanical seal designed for pumps, suitable for various harsh conditions. Its sealing faces use SiC+graphite or SiC+SiC (high hardness, wear and corrosion resistance); 

O-rings adopt PTFE, EPDM, or Viton (excellent chemical and heat resistance); metal parts and springs 

are made of EN 1.4436/1.4460 (AISI 316/329 stainless steel, strong corrosion resistance). Performance parameters: operating temperature -20°C~90°C (JCS1F: -20°C~120°C), pressure ≤1.6 MPa, speed ≤20 

m/s, balanced design, shaft diameter 25~100mm (customizable), leakage ≤0.1 mL/h. It is widely used in papermaking (pulp pumps), chemical (process pumps), power (boiler feed pumps), mining (slurry pumps), food, and pharmaceutical industries (sanitary pumps), fitting Sulzer Ahlstar UP, Andritz process pumps, 

Sulzer liquid ring pumps, etc. Advantages include balanced design (adapting to pressure fluctuations), 

modular structure (easy installation/maintenance), wide material compatibility, and compliance with API 682/ISO 21049, with ATEX/FDA certifications for some models.
